Scriptus is a savvy, content-focused marketing and copywriting firm that enhances the message and voice of traditional and new media corporate marketing campaigns. We energize marketing, writing, editing and design projects for businesses and individuals.
History
Scriptus was created by Heather Graham, a professional writer and editor with experience in both marketing- and technical writing. We are located in Brooklyn, New York and serve the Greater New York City area, as well as national and international clients. Scriptus has provided copywriting and marketing consulting for clients across industries, including law; engineering; financial services; entertainment; theater and dance; health and wellness; automotive repair; interior design; and professional services, among others.
Heather Graham
Heather Graham is the owner and operator of Scriptus. Mrs. Graham is an experienced editor and writer in areas including research, media studies, government, and web sales.
Heather has an ever-growing knowledge of pertinent Web 2.0 issues such as search engine optimization, marketing through online social media, graphic design and writing web copy for sales conversion. She is also an expert user of Microsoft Office applications, on Windows and Mac platforms, as well as applications in the Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, PageMaker and Photoshop.
Mrs. Graham has been a professional writer for a decade. She holds a B.A. in English rhetoric from Texas A&M University, as well as a professional secondary educators’ certificate in Reading and Language Arts from Lamar State College.
Mrs. Graham also engages in continuing professional studies in the areas of writing, design, marketing, internet technologies and business development, most recently through the NYU School of Continuing Professional Studies’ creative writing and digital arts certificate programs. She is also a graduate of the intensive small business workshop of the non-profit Workshop in Business Opportunities (WIBO), having excelled in the studies, been selected as the graduation speaker for her class and asked back by WIBO to teach sessions on small business marketing.
